Get Health Clarity is a health navigation service operated by DS United Holdings LLC, a Wyoming company. We help individuals identify providers, resources, and tools relevant to their health situation through an adaptive questionnaire and matching system. We are not a medical provider, insurer, or healthcare organization.

4. What We Never Do With Your Data

  • Share your health data with providers, advertisers, or data brokers
  • Use your health information for advertising targeting
  • Allow providers to see who requested their match or why
  • Use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent
  • Share individually identifiable information with any government agency except when legally required by valid court order

5. Health Information, Special Protections

Your questionnaire responses contain sensitive health information. While Get Health Clarity is not a HIPAA-covered entity (we are not a healthcare provider, insurer, or healthcare clearinghouse), we apply equivalent standards of care to your health data voluntarily because we believe it is the right thing to do.

8. Cookies

We use minimal cookies, only what is necessary to keep you logged in during your session and remember your questionnaire progress. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect platform functionality.

9. Children's Privacy

Get Health Clarity is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our platform, contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy as our platform evolves. We will notify all registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Get Health Clarity after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

The short version: Because your results are delivered instantly and digitally, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your results, we will make it right, no questions asked, within 48 hours of purchase.

Get Health Clarity delivers digital health navigation results immediately upon payment confirmation. Because the core deliverable, your personalized provider matches and health profile, is generated and delivered at the moment of purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once results have been accessed.

This is consistent with standard digital product policies across the industry and is disclosed clearly at the point of purchase before payment is completed.

2. Technical Issues, Full Refund or Redeliver

If a technical issue prevented you from receiving your results: We will either re-deliver your results immediately or issue a full refund, your choice, if you contact us within 48 hours of purchase with a description of the issue.

Note on provider availability: Provider availability changes frequently. If a specific provider in your results is no longer accepting patients, we encourage you to use the other matches provided or contact us, we will manually update your results with a current alternative at no charge.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Get Health Clarity membership subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your member portal or by contacting us directly.

5. Duplicate Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us immediately. We will verify and refund any duplicate charge within 3-5 business days. Stripe's processing timeline may add additional days depending on your bank.

7. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We resolve all legitimate technical issues promptly and prefer to handle disputes directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.

The short version: Use Get Health Clarity honestly and for its intended purpose, health navigation. We are not a medical service. Your results are a starting point, not a prescription. Don't misuse the platform and we'll take great care of you.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Get Health Clarity, including completing the questionnaire, making a purchase, or viewing results, you agree to these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Not a Medical Service

Get Health Clarity is a health navigation and information service. We are not a licensed medical provider, hospital, clinic, insurer, or healthcare organization. Nothing on this platform, including your results, provider matches, knowledge resources, or any other content, constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information received through Get Health Clarity.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and honest answers in the questionnaire. Get Health Clarity matches are only as good as the information provided. Deliberately false or misleading responses will result in inaccurate matches and are not eligible for refund or re-assessment.

4. Provider Listings

Provider information on Get Health Clarity is compiled from publicly available sources and direct research. Inclusion of any provider does not constitute endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with Get Health Clarity. Provider availability, credentials, and contact information are subject to change.

No provider has paid to be listed on Get Health Clarity. Inclusion is based solely on our internal vetting criteria.

5. International Provider Disclaimer

Some providers in our network operate outside the United States. Treatments offered internationally may not be approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they operate. Get Health Clarity accepts no responsibility for outcomes related to treatment received outside the United States. Users engage with international providers entirely at their own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Get Health Clarity, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) your reliance on any information, match, or resource provided; (c) any healthcare decision made based on your results; (d) any treatment received from any provider referenced in your results; (e) any treatment received abroad; (f) any inaccuracy, error, or omission in provider information; or (g) any technical failure, service interruption, or data loss. In no event shall Get Health Clarity's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims exceed the amount you paid to Get Health Clarity for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

6a. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Get Health Clarity and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your reliance on any information provided; or (d) any healthcare decision you make based on your results.

6b. Dispute Resolution. Binding Arbitration. Class Action Waiver.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of Get Health Clarity or these Terms of Use shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and not in any state or federal court, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court for intellectual property disputes.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You and Get Health Clarity each waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, private attorney general action, or any other representative or consolidated proceeding of any kind. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity only.

The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming or by remote means. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Get Health Clarity, including the questionnaire, matching methodology, results format, copy, design, and platform, is the intellectual property of DS United Holdings LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Provider Removal Requests

Any provider listed on Get Health Clarity may request removal at any time. We will process all removal requests within 48 hours. See the Provider Removal tab for instructions.

9. Governing Law. Severability.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms, together with the Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Get Health Clarity.

Are you a provider listed on Get Health Clarity? If you would like to be removed, update your information, or have questions about your listing, we will respond within 48 hours and action your request promptly.

Our Listing Policy

Get Health Clarity compiles provider information from publicly available sources including provider websites, public medical directories, state licensing boards, and professional association databases. All information is public record.

No provider has paid to be listed on Get Health Clarity, and inclusion does not imply endorsement of or affiliation with our platform.

Your Options

Request Removal If you would like your name, practice, or institution removed from Get Health Clarity entirely, contact us with your name, practice name, and the email address or phone number listed. We will remove your listing within 48 hours and will not re-add you without your explicit permission.
Request an Update If your information is outdated, new phone number, new practice, no longer accepting patients, telehealth status changed, contact us and we will update your listing within 48 hours.
Report Incorrect Information If any information listed about you is factually incorrect, contact us immediately. We take accuracy seriously and will correct or remove any inaccurate information within 24 hours.

Opt-In Listing

If you are a licensed provider interested in being considered for inclusion in the Get Health Clarity network, you may submit your information for review through our provider submission process. Inclusion is based solely on our vetting criteria. We do not accept payment for listings under any circumstances.
